技術(shù)特點(diǎn)  Features

1、CT:210mm半片，CT<1.45s；182mm半片， CT<1.33s。

2、采用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)DD馬達(dá)方式，配合四個(gè)卷紙工作臺(tái)快速完成進(jìn)出片動(dòng)作，轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)時(shí)間能做到200ms以下。
Adopt high-speed rotary DD motor, with four paper reeling tables which can quickly complete the wafer in /out and the turntable time can be less than 200ms. 

3、刮刀頭采用直驅(qū)電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)壓力模式，能實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的壓力監(jiān)控。
The squeegee head adopts the structure of direct-drive voice coil motor to realize real time pressure mode,which can realize real pressure monitoring.

4、對(duì)位采用高精度攝像頭，配合具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)標(biāo)定算法，實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度對(duì)位。
High precision camera alignment,the kinematics calibration algorithm with independent intellectual property rights, to achieve high-precision alignment.

5、可選配自動(dòng)稱(chēng)濕重，在線出板AOI功能模塊，監(jiān)控印刷質(zhì)量，控制損耗。
Automatic wet weight weighing unit, on-line printing quality monitoring (AOI) unit can be optional,to monitor the printing quality and realize loss control.
